My name is Spencer, and I'm the founder of Jackson Holdings.

If you know me, you know that I've always had a high desire to go above what is "usually" expected in work, school, and other areas of personal ownership. This company is my way of channeling this work ethic and drive into something that I can build over the next several decades. 

Jackson Holdings will begin with the acquisition of 1 SMB, but will eventually grow into a diversified portfolio of multiple rolled-up SMB's in similar industries and real estate investment properties (for diversification and tax/depreciation purposes). 

Upon successful launch of this first acquired SMB, Jackson Holdings may host other investment opportunities down the line as well (similar interest terms).
