A Note From the Owner
My name is Spencer, and I'm the current founder and president of Jackson Holdings, Inc. (JHI for short). If you're reading this, I sincerely thank you for taking the time to go through my website.
If you know me well, you know that I had 4 majors in college (Finance, Economics, Management, and Marketing), achieved a 4.0 GPA, and also earned an MBA (first person in the University of Alabama's history to do this). I also held 4 concurrent jobs to pay off 100% of my student loans (and my car) by the time I graduated in 2023, well ahead of schedule for both loans. I'm including this simply to show that I have experience balancing a lot on my plate, and also that I treat my debts very seriously (have always paid everything off ahead of schedule).
Relating to running a business - I take pride in any work that I put my mind to, and thrive on solving problems and turning ideas into action. This company is my way of channeling that energy into a platform that can scale - starting with one SMB acquisition and building from there. I’m here to create value for investors and businesses alike, and I’d be excited to have you along for the ride as JHI grows step by step.
